Using Photoshop CS6 – Tilt & Shift Effect

This tutorial will show you how easy Adobe have made it to do some really great effects… This one is about Tilt & Shift in CS6.

So again I got an image from a public domain website

Then next you want to click on Filter –> Blur –> Tilt-Shift

Then you will see the next page….

Change some of the settings on the right to suit your picture, you can see the settings i have used below .

Once you are happy with your settings, click on OK.

This will then process the changes. and you will be left with the final image, as below.
