Scary Halloween Eyes
This tutorial will show you how to make some scary Halloween eyes from Kate Beckinsales face.

Quick Selection Tool
Now choose the quick selection tool.

Then select the eye like below.
Select Eye
Then De-Select the pupil as below.
De-Select the pupil
Hue / Saturation
Now goto
Image –> Adjustments –> Hue/Saturation
Hue/Saturation
Adjust settings to the colour you wish to make the eye colour.
Hue / Saturation Settings
Click on OK. Once this is one you need to do the same thing to the other eye. Once this is done goto
Select –> All
Select All
Now choose Quick Select again but this time click on the – ( minus ) sign.

Now we need to DE-SELECT the eyes, including the IRIS and PUPIL on both eyes.
Then we goto
Exposure Settings
And darken the image. Then click on OK.
