How To Make A Reflection in Photoshop CS5

This tutorial will show you how to make a reflection in Adobe  Photoshop CS5. Using this Free Online Course you will be able to manage this within minutes.

Original Image

So once we have our original image like above, we need to duplicate the layer.

You will see a pop up appear just like the image below. You can rename is to something else if you like but there is no need for this tutorial.
So we can just click on OK.

Click OK

Once the layer has been duplicated you will see something similar to the image below. Now we need to make sure we have the copy layer selected.

Then we choose the “Move Tool” as in the image below.

Now we need to right click on our image and we will get the following menu appear, if this doesn’t appear click on a square box at the corner of the image and then try again. Now we want to select “Flip Vertical”.

Once this has been done, you need to move the flipped image down and align it with the landscape above it, we need to make sure this is perfectly aligned.

Then when this has been done you will end up with an image like below. A nice reflection on the water effect.
